Every child in Fort Worth deserves access to a middle school that is safe, joyful, and academically excellent. Fort Worth STEAM Academy is building that school — right here, right now — for families in Fort Worth who have waited too long for it.
We are a tuition-free public charter school and a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. When you give your time, your expertise, or a financial gift, you are directly funding a better future for Fort Worth students.

Last year, just one in three middle school students in East Fort Worth were reading at grade level. Just one in five were proficient in math. Those numbers represent real kids — kids in Fort Worth neighborhoods who are heading into high school already behind and running out of time.
Fort Worth STEAM Academy was built to change that. Our model combines rigorous academics, individualized learning, and double literacy instruction — giving students the foundation they need to reach high school ready to thrive.
As a tuition-free public charter school, we rely on public funding — but that funding covers the essentials. The programs, enrichment opportunities, and wraparound supports that make the real difference for students depend on the generosity of our community.
