Angelica Leveroni-Gomez

Angelica Leveroni-Gomez

Angelica is a Senior Program Officer at Schusterman Family Philanthropies, where she manages the teacher workforce portfolio. Her work is focused on expanding high-quality preparation routes and strengthening pathways into the profession for aspiring Black and Latino teachers, and on integrating strong attention to the needs of multilingual learners across the team’s K12 education investments. Angelica holds a BA from the University of Michigan, an MPH from Harvard, and an MBA from UC Berkeley. She is a 2023 Latinos for Education Board Fellow, and serves on the board of Generation Teach.

Bryan Morris

Bryan D. Morris

Bryan Morris is currently a VP of Human Resources at Allied Reliability. For over 20 years, he has worked for a variety a large multinational organizations in the US and abroad. Bryan is passionate about education and regularly employs training to develop his teams. Bryan has a Bachelor of Science in psychology and a Masters of Science in Human Resource Development from the Ohio State University. ​ ​

Kevin Gonzales

Kevin Gonzales

Kevin Gonzales is a Senior Learning and Organizational Development Consultant at JPS Health Network. Previously, Kevin worked in public education as a principal, assistant principal, and math teacher, where he focused on helping remove barriers preventing students from historically underserved communities from closing the achievement gap. Kevin has worked exclusively in Title 1 schools and has experience in both large, traditional, urban school districts as well as public charter schools. Kevin has a Bachelor of Science in political science and sociology from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership with a focus on Urban School Leadership from Southern Methodist University. ​ ​ ​

Nick Smith

Nicholas Smith

Nicholas "Nick" Smith serves as the Community Relations Coordinator for the Witherite Law Group, operating primarily in the Dallas/Fort Worth area while also extending his efforts to Chicago and Atlanta. With a background as a Certified Paralegal, Nick has transitioned his focus towards community engagement, dedicating his career to philanthropy and the improvement of the Fort Worth area. A native of Fort Worth, Nick graduated from Eastern Hills High School and is an alumnus of Fort Worth ISD. His profound connection to the community is further enriched by his ongoing collaborations with local partners to foster support and development within the area. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Communications from the University of North Texas.

Brian Quintero

Brian Quintero

Brian is a Vice President in the Commercial Real Estate Loan Operations department at Goldman Sachs. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs in 2016, Brian served as a Corps Member for Teach for America from 2012 to 2015 and as a combat medic in the US Army during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He deployed twice to Iraq for a total of 27 months and formed himself as a pragmatic problem solver. These experiences, combined with his military discipline and commitment to service, have significantly influenced his approach to strategic decision-making at Goldman Sachs. Brian holds a BBA in International Business and Marketing from Texas Tech University and is currently pursuing a Data Science and Analytics certification from Southern Methodist University.

Eric C. Wilson

Eric C. Wilson

Eric Wilson is a Director at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) and leads the firm's Dallas/Fort Worth office. In this role, Eric draws on his nonprofit accounting expertise and passion for the nonprofit sector to ensure a standard of excellence in client service and deliverables through training, developing, and empowering his team while expanding YPTC's footprint in the DFW area. Eric is a licensed CPA and earned bachelor and master degrees in accounting from Texas Tech University. His public accounting experience includes audits of financial statements, Federal grant compliance (Uniform Guidance/A-133), and other compliance frameworks.

Nadia Thompson

Dr. Nadia Thompson

Dr. Nadia Thompson is a dedicated education leader committed to ensuring high-quality educational opportunities for all students across the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) region. With over a decade of experience spanning various educational roles, Nadia has made significant contributions to the improvement of K-12 education. As a Managing Director of Leadership Development with Teach For America, Nadia implements comprehensive support structures for educators, guiding them through professional growth and their ecosystems of support. She previously served as a Founding Assistant Principal at Rocketship Dennis Dunkins Elementary, located in the Stop Six Community on the Eastside of Fort Worth. Nadia holds a Doctorate in Education from Texas Wesleyan University, specializing in curriculum and instruction, and a Master of Arts in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma.

Ruben Esqueda

Ruben Esqueda is the Vice President of Development for Blue Ridge Atlantic. He is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth in new and existing markets. Ruben manages all aspects of site selection, local government, community relations, due diligence, and design. Ruben has worked for both for-profit and non-profit firms in affordable and market-rate multifamily housing and acquisitions in several states. He has worked with several Housing Authorities in various roles including overseeing RAD/Section conversions and constructing new properties for those Housing Authorities. Ruben received a Master’s degree from Texas A&M in Land and Property Development and a BA in Real Estate from the University of North Texas. ​

Sherisa Davis-Larry

Sherisa is a general practitioner with focused practice areas in labor, employment, civil rights, and contract drafting. She formerly worked for the Oregon School Boards Association where she provided labor and employment services to school boards across Oregon. Sherisa began her legal career as a staff attorney at Legal Aid services of Oregon where she represented low-income clients in civil rights, education, employment, housing, family, and administrative law issues. Sherisa is an active volunteer in her community. Sherisa holds a Juris Doctorate and a Master's of Science degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
